She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Slezak and Theresa Slezak; her husband Bill; her son Joseph; and her siblings, Steve, Sylvester Slezak, Mary Krupa, Julia Kipp, Katherine Sabatina and Agnes Snyder.
She is survived by: her brother Michael Slezak of Tyler, TX.; her grandsons, Kevin Manley and Ryan Manley (Amy); her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Schlanz and Patty Roth (Don); and also Linda Cipriani.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Senior Services of Belmont County for Meals on Wheels and/or Valley Hospice Liza's Place.
