She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fisher and Virginia Fisher (Hill); her husband Wilson Miller; and her siblings, Elverna McCracken and Roger Fisher.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Funk; and her sisters, Mary Franklin (Charles) of Cameron, WV, Betty VanTine of Moundsville, WV and Barbara West (Donald) of Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
