It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terri Phillips of Shadyside, Ohio, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Judy Ann Wallace. She is survived by: her husband Gary Phillips; her daughters, Rebecca Perry and Emily Kuhn; her siblings, Amanda Wallace and Billy Wallace; her son-in-law Steven Kuhn; her grandchildren, Miley Conners, Addisyn Perry, Landon Perry, Autumn Cuichta, Haiden Kuhn and Watson Kuhn; and her pets, Frosty and Stripey.
Her family is requesting all memorial contributions be made to her.
