He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera May Bumgardner Brocklehurst and John Arthur "Jack" Brocklehurst Sr.; his wife Joyce Hess Brocklehurst; and his siblings, Phyllis Brocklehurst, John "Jack" Brocklehurst Jr. and Donald Brocklehurst.
He is survived by: his daughters, DeLisa Palmer (Chris) and Dane'e Brocklehurst; his sisters, Karen Pierce (Larry) and Susan Hess (Gary); his grandchildren, Dylan (Christina), Logan (Brenda), Caitlin, Marissa and Jakob; and his great grandchildren, Derek, Mason and Alexandria. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
