He is survived by: his father Richard "Dick" Callendar; his daughter Elisabeth Callendar; the mother of his child Cynthia Callendar of Welch, WV; his fiancée Jacqueline Evans of Welch, WV; his fiancée's children, Nicholas (Andrea), Kalei and Tiffani; his sister Stephanie Frey of Moundsville, WV; his nephews, Patrick (Leighanne) and Blaise; and his great-niece Kennedy.
