He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Ramsay and Ruth Ramsay; his siblings, Lenora Baker, Emmeretta Mc Donough, Helen Pollock, Mildred Evans and Willard Ramsay; his son Tommy Ramsay; and his son-in-law Rick Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Morgan; his children, Jeff (Maryann Ramsay) of Crown Point, IN, Barb Moore Austin (Jimmy) of Dover-Foxcroft, ME and Becky (Ed Lheureau) of Brownsburg, IN.; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Katie, Christopher Moore (Aly), Tricia Ramsay McKie (Chad), Karen Lheureau Simpson (Nate), Dana, Thomas and Adam Lheureau; his great grandchildren, Connor, Nolan Moore, Layla, Lincoln Simpson, Owen McKie, Dailer and Morgan; and his close friends, Jan Campbell and Ray Benadetta of Shadyside. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
