He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Ritz (Brumbach) and Richard Ritz; and his brother Joseph Ritz. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Ritz (Matesick); his stepson Adam Bier; his brothers, Ted and Christopher Ritz; and his nephews, Anthony (Corinna), Joseph and Douglas Ritz.
