He is survived by: his children, Mark Holenka (Lana) of Shadyside and Holly Mueller (Carl) of Wheeling, WV; his grandchildren, Ashley Farrier (Johnny), Shayla Gay (Eric), Hayley Holenka, Loren Kaiser (Jeff) and Mallory Mueller; and his great grandchildren, Paisley Farrier, Stockton Farrier, Cooper Farrier and Harvey Kaiser.
