He is survived by: his mother Charlene Cermak (Carrel) of Freeport; his wife Misty Roberts; his son Logan Cermak; his sister Emily Cermak of Freeport; his stepchildren, Cody Harding, Caiden Helms, Cameron Helms, Kyrah Helms and Kloye Helms; his nephew Barrett St. Clair; his close friend Pat Norman of Pleasant City; and his pet Yorgie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
