She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Robert and Helen Elizabeth Smith; and her brother Robert Smith. She is survived by: her husband John Cerullo; her daughters, Michele and Krista Cerullo; her grandsons, Lorenzo and Luca Cerullo; her siblings, Joe Smith, Danny Smith (Judy), Patty Porter (Tim), Pam Appolloni (Bill), Paula Smith, Mary Lou Marn (Marty) and Sandy Mackey (Howard); and her sister-in-law Kathy Cerullo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
