She is survived by: her husband Danny Johnston; her sons, Daniel Johnston (Lisa), Kevin Johnston (Michelle) and Douglas Johnston; her brother Bill Heatherington; her grandchildren, Kiersten Barr, Bethany Johnston, Paige Stalvey (Keith), Kaelynn, Brooke Johnston, Daniel Johnston (Ariana) and Kevin Johnston (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Nori, Coen Johnston, Jensen Stalvey and Brenley Grover. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
