He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis E. Ullom and Mary Elizabeth Taggart Ullom. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Schank Ullom; his children, Kelly Ullom Budzik of Crystal River, Jeremy S. Ullom (Melissa Melvin) of St. Clairsville and Joel S. Ullom (Shelley Kapolka) of Columbus, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Alison Budzik, Maggie Ullom and Carter Ullom; his great grandchildren, Addison and AJ Holleman; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends and his pet.
