She is survived by: her children, Curtis Shook (Judy) of St. Clairsville, OH, Carol Hlasnick (Lenny) of Masontown, WV, Lynda Mellott (David) of Jacobsburg, OH and Lisa Antill (Edward) of Rayland, OH; and her sister Midge McLaughlin of Martins Ferry, OH. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
