He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Palmer and Betty Palmer (Spielvogel); and his pets, TJ, Roxie, Kaylee and Lana.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Palmer of Shadyside, Ohio; his children, Bill Palmer of Wilmington, Nancy Henthorn (John) of Shadyside, Doug Palmer (Jodi) of Shadyside, Jean Tiedemann (Robert) of Boca Raton and Janet Christman (Mike) of St. Clairsville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Christopher Palmer, Curtis Henthorn, Joshua Palmer, Ashley Pritchett, Sara, Brady, Jacob, Grace Tiedemann, Allyson Grove and Ryan Christman; and his great grandchildren, Christopher Palmer, Andrew Palmer, Cooper Pritchett and Anderson Palmer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
