He is survived by: his caregiver Thelma "Vera" Kuhn; his brother Bobby Palmer (Linda) of Idaho; his children, Cindy Palmer of Shadyside, OH, Lawrence "Bub" Palmer Jr. (Bernice) of Shadyside, OH, Penny Palmer (Wade Berisford Hancock) of Shadyside, OH and Bobby Kuhn (Kristi) of Jacobsburg, OH; his grandchildren, Jonee Schmidt, Carissa Tucker (Houston), Haley, Levi, Cole Palmer, Ashley Nida (Dan Ludwigson), Heather Schmidt, Amber Dawson, Jessica Kuhn and Stacey Kuhn; and his great grandchildren, Arianna, Liam and Baylyn Steed.
