He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Duncan and Wilhelmina Brooks Duncan; his siblings, Thomas, Donald, John Duncan and Janice Crozier; and his aunt Mildred Brooks Richner.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Smith Duncan; his children, Chad Duncan (Terri Ann) and Courtney Piergallini (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Danelle, Chase Duncan, Aaron and Nicholas Piergallini; and his siblings, James "Buck" Duncan (Nancy), Roger, Jerry Duncan and Carolyn McFeely. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
