He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra; his son Michael; his brothers, John and Jim; and his parents, Joseph Guiffrida and Rebecca Guiffrida (Story).
He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia, Norma, Mike and Tom; his children, Joseph McNamara (Karen), Susan McElfresh (Joe), Jamie McElfresh, John McNamara, Nancy McNamara (Larry), James McNamara (Kaitlin) and Dan McNamara (Deprina); his grandchildren, Carol Stottlemyer, Shawn Stottlemyer, Jenilee McNamara, Jillian McNamara, Sean McElfresh (Ashley), Kevin McElfresh, Juliette McNamara, Kyle McElfresh, Daniel McNamara and Danielle McNamara; and his great grandchildren, Ava Stottlemyer and Evelyn Stottlemyer. He is also survived by his siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
