He is survived by: his wife Diane Townsend Allensworth; his children, John M., Allensworth, Jr. of Shadyside and Charlene Springer (Eric) of Belmont; his grandchildren, Tyler Hoyt, Savannah Springer, Madison Springer and Ayden Allensworth; his great grandchild Kingston Hoyt; and his pet Chewy.
