Kapolka (Diane) of Grove City and James J. Kapolka (Cindy) of Shadyside; his grandson James J. Kapolka, Jr. of Shadyside; and his nephews, Rick Rodgers of Martins Ferry and Gary Rodgers of Shadyside, Ohio..
