She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Sonny" Gacek Jr.; her children, Joseph Gacek III (Jennifer) of Naples, FL and Melissa Burkhammer of Naples, FL; and her grandchildren, Dylan Burkhammer, Heather Gacek and Hannah Gacek.
