Palmer (Shadyside, Ohio), born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Gennavee Palmer and Ronald E. Palmer, Sr.; and his brothers, Mark Palmer and Ronald Palmer, Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Halterman; his niece Crystal Hicks (Larry) of Pickerington; his nephew Ronnie Palmer (Alyssa) of Syracuse; his great-nephews, Michael Gallaher of Jacobsburg, Caden, Logan, Landon Hicks, Jeremy and Bentley Palmer; his great-niece Adrianna Palmer; and his close friends, Rick Scotka and Gary Rogers.
