James Cecil Mann Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2022, at the age of 64, James Cecil Mann of Shadyside, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Edwin Mann and June Caroline Mann (Gamble); and his uncles, Dale Mann and Ronnie Mann (Betty Jo). He is survived by: his wife Donna Mann (Fortner); his stepsons, Bryan Fortner (Jessica) and Dustin Fortner (Ashley); his siblings, Bill Mann (Lynette), John Mann (Jenni), Janet Corey, Nancy O'Donnell (Mike) and Susan Schmelick (Steve); his stepgrandchildren, Mya, Willow and Gunner Fortner; his cousins, Tara Beiswenger (Rob), Mark Mann, Tim Mann and Jenny VanCuren; and his sister-in-law Betty Fluharty (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
