He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin L. Cramer and Martha Cramer (Whitecotton). He is survived by: his wife Susan Cramer (Prentice) of Shadyside, Ohio; his siblings, John Cramer (Dawn) of St. Clairsville and Lisa Cramer (Patrick Hill) of Tiltonsville, Ohio; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and cousins.
