He is survived by: his wife Helen Riggs Warren; and his children, Sandra Kendle (Rick) of Wheeling, Jackie Kandis (Joe) of Martins Ferry, OH, Kirk Warren (Betsy Brown) of Nashville, TN, Eric Warren (Leslie) of Wheeling and Neal Warren (Shannon) of Wheeling. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
