He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Doughty and Mary Doughty (Eden); and his siblings, Jo Ann, Jimmy and Gene.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, Steven Doughty (Shelley) of Shadyside, OH and William Doughty (Brenda) of Saint Clairsville, OH; his siblings, Wilma Wilcox of Anchorage, AK, Linda Holubeck (Mike) of Bakersfield, CA, Mamie Masters (Mark) of Tiltonsville, OH, Sandy Doughty of Strasburg, VA, Dave Doughty (Peggy) of East Lake, OH and Bill Doughty of Beallsville, OH; his grandchildren, Robert, Josh, Justice, Brandon, Stevie, Jordan, Nick, Gracie, Kirsten and Christian; and his great grandchildren, Braydon, Zoey, Noelle, Kendall, Tevon, Cory, Atalie, Charlie, Olivia, Miles and Forest. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
