He was predeceased by: his parents, Benson Horn and Mary Wilson Horn; his son Jimmy Horn; his siblings, Kathleen Browning, Ruth Ann Sponhaltz, Dolly Snyder, Winnie Mizer, Jerry and Tom Horn; and his stepdaughter Kim Hammond.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Taylor Hammond Horn; his children, Christopher Horn (Sally), Jeff Horn (Shelly) and Marcy Thompson (Todd); his grandchildren, Tim, Tori, Tayla, Rachel, Elyse and Andrew; his stepchildren, Roger Hammond (Annette), Sandra Marling (John Myers) and Michele Tuttle (Mark); his stepgranddaughter Shawna Edwards; and his brothers, Kenny Horn (Sharon) and Ronnie Horn. He is also survived by many step grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
