Underwood (Keeley) of Alledonia, Josephine J. Underwood of Shadyside, Candice M. Bell of Barnesville and Kayla M. Daughtery (Josh) of Stafford, Ohio; and his siblings, Louis "Bud" Underwood (Kathy) of Jacobsburg, John Underwood (Sherrie) of Jacobsburg, Ohio, Darla Sickles (Roger) of Coshocton, Tammy Haines of Jacobsburg and Noreen Brunner (Mark) of Jacobsburg, Ohio. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
