He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Poludniak and Margaret Haranzo Poludniak; his wife Jean Poludniak; his daughter Dawn Anne Coggins; and his granddaughter Jessica Westmoreland.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Poludniak (Hiram) of San Antonio and Dana Skaggs (Jay) of Ashtabula; and his grandchildren, Derek, Katy Poludniak, Haley and Morgan Skaggs.
