He was predeceased by: his mother Mary E. Thomas Morgan Sr.; his daughter Lee Ann Morgan; and his siblings, Dorothy Moore, Edna Budzik, Thomas H. Morgan, Jr., William H. Morgan, Edith Burkhart, Jack Morgan, Robert E. Morgan and Donald Lee Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife D. Jean Morgan; his children, Jay Morgan (Sandee Lucki) of Shadyside, Lois "Loie" Pierce (Brian) of Pickerington and Tracey Conforti (Jay) of Millersport; his niece Malei Stewart (Guy) of Logan; his grandchildren, Lucas J. Morgan (Holly) of Shadyside, Ethan Morgan (Amanda Rogowski) of Shadyside, Olivia Silverio (Aaron) of Shadyside, Drew Pierce of Pickerington, Jillian Conforti of Columbus and Ava Conforti of Millersport; his great grandchildren, Mia, Kinsley and Colton; and his grandson John Adam Hamilton.
Social Distancing and Masks Required, Interment at the convenience of the family in Powhatan Cemetery, Powhatan Point, Ohio.
