She is survived by: her children, James Mahaffee (Kelly) of Hollywood, MD., Michael "Mike" Mahaffee (Stacey) of Shadyside, OH and Mia Mahaffee of Lewis Center, OH; her siblings, Patty Vodvarka, Ronnie Prantil, Mary Margaret Prantil, Julius Prantil and Louis Prantil; and her grandchildren, Hannah, Benjamin and Chloe.
