It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Mae Perkins of Shadyside, Ohio, born in Powhatan Point, Ohio, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Carroll Glass and Ruth Adele Nelson Glass; her husband Thomas W. Perkins; and her siblings, Adele Harrigan, Carolyn Lowe and Frank Glass.

She is survived by: her sons, Keith Otto (Becky), Troy Otto (Tracy) and Scott Otto (Dawn); and her siblings, Pamela Williams, Roxane Palmer and Kevin Glass. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
