He was predeceased by: his grandfather Rick Ray. He is survived by: his parents, Sam Quinn of Jacobsburg, OH and Shelly Quinn of Malaga, OH; his siblings, Gregory Quinn of Jacobsburg, OH and Kylie Quinn of Jacobsburg, OH; his grandmothers, Pam Collins (Brian) of Jacobsburg, OH and Debra Holstein (Rick) of Woodsfield, OH; his great-grandparents, Ann Tenley of McMechan, WV and Ethel Carpenter of Ashland, OH; his uncle Jon Quinn of Wheeling, WV; his aunts, Dana Collins of Wheeling, WV, Dawn Ray of Martins Ferry, OH and Elisha Adams of Woodsfield, OH; his cousins, Connor Quinn, Caitlin Collins, Gabe Quinn, Rainee Collins and Kaylee Whittaker; and his close friend Lindsee Perry. He is also survived by animals.
