He was predeceased by: his parents, Winford Scarbrough and Roxy Scarbrough; his wife Jo Ann Scarbrough; and his brother Lawrence Scarbrough. He is survived by: his son Billy Scarbrough; his grandchildren, Michelle Scarbrough, Mary Scarbrough, Damian Warnecke, Ethan Warnecke and Alexis Bell; and his siblings, Leslie Scarbrough, Ora Reynolds, Larry Scarbrough and Phillis McMillan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
