She was predeceased by: her parents, Neacil E. Carsey and Jack W. Carsey of Middleport, Ohio.. She is survived by: her husband Marcus D. Kinder; her sister Jacqueline S. Webster; and her nieces and nephews, Danielle Webster, Julie Northup, Lisa Miller, Bradley Webster and Christopher Ellis.
