He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Frances Lucas Lee; and his siblings, JoAnn Willard, Betty Blankenship, Linda Norris and Charles Lee.
He is survived by: his stepfather Harry Lee; his sister Patricia Hudnell; and his close friends, Rick and Stella Spitzer.
