She was predeceased by: her father Burvil Lapp; her siblings, James Lapp and Shirley Thomas; her son-in-law Bill Fortney, Sr.; and her grandson Randy Fortney.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Fortney, Robert Sarver, Sandra Stewart and Andy; and her grandchildren, Bill Fortney (Julie), Cheryl Jensen (Chris), Terri Cremeans (Ed), Billie Raker (Rusty), Jeff Fortney (Michelle), Jenny Fortney, Cieanna Sarver, Chelsea Sarver, Kiel Sarver, Nicholas Shaffer, Luther Stewart, Riley, Sage, Phillip Hampton, Katherine Hampton and Manns. She is also survived by many special friends; 3 sisters-in-law and their families; a brother-in-law and his family.
