She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Sr. Blough and Marie M. Blough (Long); her husband Richard "Jack" Boggs; her daughter Tammy Boggs; her stepchildren, Brett, Rick Boggs and Debbie Barnes; and her siblings, Milton "June", Donald, Clayton, Bruce Blough, Donna Kast and Eva Hatten.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sharyn Blough, James Blough (Donna) of Wadsworth and Mary Stachler (Scott) of Creston; her siblings-in-law, Gabe Kast of Rittman and Phyllis Blough of Wooster; and her niece Holly Hatten. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
