He is survived by: his parents, Robert Felgar and Madeleine Felgar (Hawk); his wife Donna; his children, Tom (Carla), Steve (Barbara), Margie Hogsett (Paul) and Michelle (Louise); and his grandchildren, Lauralee Chitty (Ryan), Stephanie, Scott (Jillian), Sarah, Joshua Hogsett (Shawna), Jessica Bowman (Jon), Ella and Haley.
