He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel E. Feckley and William J. Feckley; his son Howard Feckley; and his brother Donald Feckley. He is survived by: his caregiver Polly A. Roberts; his children, Terry "Ter" Feckley II (Rachelle Brown), Julie "Ju Ju" Feckley, Daniel "Dan" Feckley (Andrea) and Kimberly Feckley; his close friend Bryce; his grandchildren, Devon (Sylvia), Xavier, Mycah and Colton; his great grandchildren, Tatum and Harlow; his brothers, Norman Westphal, Dale Feckley (Pat) and Kenneth Feckley (Vera); his sister-in-law Marlene; and his grandson Bryce.
In lieu of flowers, Terry would prefer you donate to the local V.A. Organization.
