He was predeceased by: his parents, Vergial Shirey and Ida Shirey; and also Wayne Shirey (Janet). He is survived by: his wife Lois; his sons, Kevin, Robert (Cyndi), Keith and Jason; his grandchildren, Lisa Scott (Bob), David Shirey (Krystal), Mitchell Shirey and Matthew Shirey; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Ezra, Elijah Scott, Andrew and Dean Shirey; his sister Carolyn (late Dennis); and also, Thelma Yount (late Ralph) and Kenneth Shirey (Connie).
