He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Margaret; his wife Sherry Mishelek; and his brother George Hensley, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Rosemary Green, Kathleen Kosel, Alice Hensley, Margaret Edens and Chuck; his sister-in-law Mary Russian; his nieces, Cindy, Julie and Diana; his nephew Brian; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Gavin, Kayla, Matthew, Amanda, Brandon and Noel.
