He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Smith; his son Mark Cox of Sandy Hook, KY; his grandchildren, Mitchell Cox and Michelle Cataldo (Dino); his great grandchildren, Gwen and Finn Cataldo; and his brother Dallas Cox of Rittman.
