He was predeceased by: his parent Rudy Spanulo; and his sibling Chuck. He is survived by: his spouse Carla; his child Matthew; his parent Anna Mae; his siblings, Barb, Judy, Denise Prestein, Mark, Marie Foley, Joe and Larry; and his parents-in-law, Joan Carroccio and James Carroccio.
