He is survived by: his children, Tim Cook, Angela Ratlilff, Misty Cook, Chad Dean (Rushelle), Robby Dean (Nicki), Damion, Colin, Ciera (Tyler), Coby (Avery), Mason, Victoria, Taylor, Vaneassa, Curtis, Nathaniel, Abbigail, Isaiah, Madison and Chalissa; his great grandchildren, Aubrielle, Juliana, Charlee and Arabella; his siblings, Doug Cook (Margie), Phyllis Daly (Kevin), Nadene Conley and Aileen "Tootie" Rymanowicz; and his parents-in-law, David Drayer (Kelly) and Connie Harger (Bud). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
