She was predeceased by: her son Jason Piatt; and her adoptive parents, James Hardesty and Mary Hardesty. She is survived by: her husband Walter "Wally" Sviderski; her children, Jeff Piatt (Shirley), Crystal Piatt and Terri Ann Johnson (David); her birth mother Charlene Blankenship; and her siblings, Yvonne, Wyatt, Freda, Tommy, Ronnie, Phyllis, Debbie and Shirley.
