He was predeceased by: his parents, James "J. C." Tipton and Lola Tipton (Smith); his brothers, Morris "Mo" Tipton and Robert "Bobby" Tipton (Samantha); his wife Katherine Tipton; and his stepson Jason Ahlers.
He is survived by: his children, Perry Tipton (Cindee) of Prescott, AZ and Amy Burchett of Rittman; his siblings, Phil Tipton (Trish) of North Canton, Gail Nida of Mansfield and Carol Tipton Brown of Greenbrier, AR; his sister-in-law Suzanne Tipton (Mo); and his daughter Marilyn Tipton of Dewey, AZ.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
