He was predeceased by: his parents, Everrett Raines and Sarah Harmon; his brother Donald Raines; and his nephew Basil Rhodes Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Chelsea Ball of Seville and Zelda Kungl (Alex) of Medina; his grandson Colton; and his sisters, Dorothy Rhodes (Basil) of Bluffton, IN, Nora Casto (John) of Portland, OH, Ann Casto (Eugene) of Portland, OH and Donna Stoffel of Portland, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
