He is survived by: his wife Audrey Douvikas (Shuey); his children, Mark Douvikas (Sylvia), Scott Douvikas (Lisa), Dawn Gulley (Luke), Kathy Wells (Pete) and Jason Douvikas (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Kristina, James, Erik, Nick, Larissa, Lydia, Sofia, Melena and Natasha. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
