He was predeceased by: his parent Lynn Waggy; his granddaughter Makayla Brooks Waggy; and his brothers, Lynn Eugene and Lowell D. Waggy. He is survived by: his wife Ellen J. Waggy (Feller); his children, Jeffrey Waggy (Dawn) of Wooster, Brian Waggy (Pamela) of Rittman, Mark Waggy (Tamera) of Seville and Melanie Fry (Darrell) of Buchanan, TN; and his sister Anita Hammond (Wayne) of LaPorte, TX.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
