He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Tapscott and Bernice Tapscott of Northtown, Kentucky.; and his siblings, Billy Thomas Tapscott, Tommie Lee Wallace and Frankie Brewington.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Tapscott; his sons, Shannon Tapscott and Timothy Tapscott (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Tyler Tapscott (Elaina), Joshua Tapscott, Autumn Tapscott, Cordell Tapscott and Caisen Tapscott; and his great grandchildren, Khloe Tapscott, Hayden Tapscott and Mia Tapscott. He is also survived by many other relatives, nieces, nephews and friends.
